   And the winner was: Chariots Of Fire. Starring Ben Cross and Ian Charleson, and directed by Hugh Hudson. It also won for Best Screenplay, Best Original Score, and Best Costume Design. This film is an inspirational tale about the motivations of two Cambridge University students running in the 1924 Olympics in Paris.
